Reese looked up at the woman across from him. He was setting at his desk looking up at the Police Chief, Destiny Sweet.

"Do you have a problem with the arrest warrant?"

He saw her looking at it frowning.

"Do I really need to have one of your other officers do this for you?"

He took the papers from her and sighed.

"It is all here in black and white. You go and arrest the Mayor for murder."

She looked at the warrent shocked, usually she was the one who sent them to him, not the other way around, she had heard nothing about this, had no prior case about this, as she looked up at him.... She didn't like this.. and didn't trust him either.

She said annoyed. 
||Destiny Sweet||- I'm not opening myself up for a law suit when i have nothing to arrest him on, just this piece of paper. 
She said as she was just protecting herself and the station... She had to have proof and evidence first, but she had nothing, this wasn't going to work... She saw how pissed he looked, not use to anyone telling him no, and not some woman who was the new police chief..

He glared at her then picked up his phone. Once the call went through he talked for a few minutes then hung up.

"Because you refused to do as the court order stated and arrest him, the FBI is now doing it. You will also be arrested for obstruction of justice at the federal level."

He leaned back in his seat and grinned.

"Hope you hadn't fully unpacked yet. It'll make it a lot quicker for your replacement to move into your office."

She rolled her eyes as she wasn't scared she knew the law and knew what she could do, she may thought he was big and bad but she wasn't bothered, she looked at him.

She looked at her cell seeing the message about telling her to get Reese out of there so they can question him..

She stood walking to the door watching him storm off as she just grinned watching him go, she saw James walk in with Tom after a moment, not cuffed or anything, but they went into her office as they were sitting talking so they could find out what was going on.
