Braelynn: If you expect me to either be upset, or happy about his death... I'm not... I don't feel any way about it... I just know it's one less thing to have to keep me awake at night.
She said simply as it was one less thing to worry about... Now she just had to keep her eyes on anyone who may think they have the right to take her and do what her father started, as she knew there were a few who wanted to buy her in the past from her old man.
Braelynn: Is there anything else? I'm late for my next class.

She didn't feel like she would ever go to them for help... She was nice about it though. She went making her way to the next class. she was a little late, but they were okay with it, as someone had let them know she had been in the Dean's office. She took her seat as the class went on.

After class they walked out together as it was the last for the day for the two of them. She then started to tell him when she had been told and why she was late to begin with. He looked a little nervous at first that she would have to leave.
Braelynn: I was told I'd just have to write something about not wanting there help and not wanting Miss. Sweet as my legal guardian.
She said letting him know that she wouldn't have to leave or anything. She also let him know that she found out her father had been killed in jail.

"I'm not saying like a true marriage. I'm talking about one that will make you free of all of them. If you are married, they can't force you to do anything you don't want to do."

They sat there talking a bit more before they went into the living room. She saw on the couch stretching her leg out a bit... Taking the brace off so she could have a bit with out it on as it was a bit painful.. It was getting better though, as she would be even happier once she didn't have to wear it.
Braelynn: You don't have to hang with me if you wanna go spend time with your friends, you know.
She said as she didn't want him to think he was stuck here with her... She knew he had a lot of friends, who he hadn't really hung out with lately.

She said honestly as she saw him pull out the history project as she nodded as that was fine with her... It took them about an hour... They took a little break to have something eat and drink then were soon working on the math. He was going over and explaining it to her, as she did figure it out after a bit.

She said once it was all done.

Destiny smiled warmly as she nodded.
Destiny Sweet: I am not here to take you away or anything, Braelynn. I'm aware that you signed off as me as your legal guardian... I just want to make sure that you are still okay. I will be checking in on you from time to time, and if you guys need anything, don't hesitate to ask.
She said as she handed her card to Jimmy knowing he was easier to talk to than what Braelynn was... He nodded his head as she only stayed a moment, then went and headed back out... Once she arrived back at the station as she walked in seeing the DA sitting at her desk...
Destiny Sweet: Excuse me, Mr.Granger... That is my seat though.
She said as she had her arms crossed a bit... This was there first official meeting, and she had actually been looking forward to meeting him for the first time, after all she heard about him.

Destiny: That we do. There are a lot cases to go over... I have found a lot of tampered with evidence. Which probably effects a lot of the cases you worked on.
She said as she was wanting to put everything on the right path, and take care of anything that had been done illegally.

Destiny: This is what I have right now. My officers are going through more now, but this is the start so far.
Reese looked shocked seeing all that had to be done and gone over. Destiny had been pulling a lot of over time working on this... The old chief was gone, the corrupt cops were all gone, she had replaced everyone with a new trusted team and they were working hard to make things right.
